I created 2 mail boxes on Exchange Online, one a user mailbox type, the second a shared mailbox, added the full access permitions to the shared mailbox.
When I addedd the 1st account to Outlook I had no problems, the issue is the 2nd one, the Shared mailbox, I let's me add the account, but when I restart Outlook it prompts me to give the password, I enter the correct one, but apparently it is not the correct one. As a note, I can access the shared mailbox with the password I entered without problems, but I cannot open that shared mailbox on Outlook.
I need this because I want to migrate our exchange public folder to the online service.
Can you help me on this issue?After this, the account is not added and does not open the mailbox and I cannot migrate the public folder.
