I am brand new to Office 365 and have been given the task of testing everything out prior to our migration of our students from Gmail. I've run into a little hitch when it comes to connected accounts. When I test using username@gmail.com I have no issues, but when I try from our schools Gmail domain (i.e. username@school.gmail.edu) it fails. Yes, POP and IMAP are enabled on the account that I was trying to test with. I was curious if anyone else has ran into this? Hopefully this makes sense.
Now, if I create it by hand, POP works but IMAP does not. I can see that being fine as an exception here and there, but I can't see the higher powers being too happy if I tell them every student is going to have to manually go in and configure their POP settings as opposed to a quick 1 step process. Any insight is appreciated.
