I started a cutover migration and things look good, but one mailbox failed and it is mine. my account was not in Exchange online, but I am using my account as the account migration administrator account. Would it fail because it is the migration administrator account? The account I use to log into Exchange Online was me, but I changed the account name. Could this have something to do with it? Will I be able to migrate this or will I have to create my user then export/import via PST?
