Hey guys!
So, I'm a knowledgeable I.T. guy, EXCEPT for mail servers and stuff like that. :-(
What I'm doing is: Migrating all email accounts (30 of them) from an exchange server (which I dont have any admin access to) to our new Online Exchange 365.
Since I don't have Admin access to the server (Previous I.T. company is not cooperating with us), I have ALREADY saved all of the PST's locally for each email account through the Export wizard in Outlook on each computer.
What I need to do now, is to get those PST's onto our Online Exchange 365!! :-)
So, How do I do that? (And please try to simplify it for me, as I am pretty new to this scenario.)
I have been reading SOOOO many different pages that people have directed other people to, and I am starting to get VERY VERY confused! :-(
ALSO, the previous I.T. company just informed me that I was going to run into TONS of problems by doing that....
They said that it wasn't going to copy over the "Global Address Lists", "Public Folders", and "X.500 Address Information"...
Is that true? Or are they just trying to scare me?
If so, are those things important?
Also, what exactly are those three things?
